Memberships (Auto-renewing)

Preferential rates on single purchase options

30 day cancellation period anytime

All memberships auto-renew in line with the specific option purchased

Communication

We communicate by SMS and email.

Automatic emails include; membership renewals, class bookings, reminders, and updates, failed payments, late cancellations and no-shows, suspension lifts, and card expiry reminders

Check your preferences to ensure you have email and SMS ticked. Waitlist movements will be communicated in line with your preference choice.

Semi-Pilates classes

24hr cancellation policy, or the class and payment is forfeited.

Semi-private appointments can be purchased in packs of 6 only. No exceptions

Important information

Electronic waivers are required before you attend your first class

Grip socks and bookings are required for all classes, no exceptions

Group classes have a 7hr cancellation period

Late cancellations/ No shows will forfeit the class and incur a $5.00 fee per event

No refunds or transfers

Failed or declined payment fees are passed on to you
