Mat | Reformer | Fitness

7 days per week from 6am, we offer classes available to all bodies, all ages and all levels with over 10 different Pilates class types.


We're a hands on, supportive, encouraging studio with incredible instructors and a wonderful community. 

All classes are built on the Pilates foundation to ensure they're accessible to all bodies. 

All classes require bookings and grip socks.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates helps build core, back, glute and thigh strength as well as improve your overall fitness!  

  • Express - A 30 min Open style class giving it more intensity. Perfect if you're time poor.

  • Fundamentals - Become body aware, learn how to use the reformer and enjoy your new chosen workout! Perfect for newbies. 

  • Open - With prior reformer experience, this is faster paced, and provides spring options for greater challenge. 

  • Cardio - Fitness focused, elevate your heart rate and add props for extra spice. *You must have completed 6+ reformer classes to attend this class type

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates a great whole body workout! You'll re-discover (or find) muscles long forgotten, improving from the inside out, top to toe! 

  • Fundamentals - Perfect for newbies, those returning after a break or, if you want to get back to basics. Learn the basics to set yourself up for success!

  • Open - Faster paced and more advanced repertoire. Strength and endurance focused.

  • Pilates Arc - Incorporating the wonderous Spine Corrector, you'll focus on balance, strength and flexibility.

Pilates fitness

Improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance and balance with these fun options

  • Core & cardio jump - Enjoy reformer jump board interlinked with high intensity and mat work to get your sweat on and improve your fitness! 

  • Pilates Barre - Tone, strengthen and improve balance whilst enjoying a high intensity workout to killer beats!

Pre & Post Natal Reformer

Our fantastic team will guide you through feel good movement for strengthening and improving flexibility and mobility in a safe manner throughout your pregnancy and when you're ready to return to movement post birth. 


These classes offer a great way to support your physical and mental wellbeing, meeting others, sharing a similar experience.

Suitable for 

  • From 16 weeks pregnancy 

  • Post your 6 check-up after birth with medical sign off 

  • Bubbas can join in the pram, carry cot, or seat bouncer
