Through slow and controlled movement with purpose, you'll master the foundations of Pilates to improve overall body strength, flexibility, and your overall wellbeing

ENERGIZE
Focus: Strength, fitness, endurance
Combining mat, reformer and small props to elevate your heart-rate throughout, the class to improve fitness and strength.
*Energize+ = Higher intensity

Exceptionally experienced in Pilates
ALIGN
Focus: Core strength, balance, alignment
Incorporating small apparatus, you'll work on building/maintaining core strength, spinal mobility and improving your balance.

Available to all levels
MASTERCLASS
Focus: Control, focus, strength
Advanced and complex movement at a slow and controlled pace, to take your strength and mobility to the next level.
Due to the nature of this class it by invite only.
DYNAMIC
Focus: Full body strength, endurance and flexibility
You've mastered the foundations in 'Develop', you'll now see layers, more complex moves, more reps and props introduced to add challenge.

TAILORED PILATES
Focus: Specific to your body
Excellent post rehab, for confidence building and goal-attainment. You'll work on a tailored program for your goals and needs with regular progress reviews. 3:1, 2:1 or 1:1 setting.
